Washington Future Business Leaders of America is committed to preparing today's high school students to become the business and community leaders of tomorrow. Over 4,000 students a year, in 180 chapters all around Washington State, participate in Washington State FBLA events, competitions, and conferences. They gain critical business skills, complete community service projects, network with businesses, and learn the sort of leadership skills that are in high demand in the workplace.

FBLA prepares students for "real world" professional experiences. Members gain the competitive edge for college and career successes. More than a quarter of a million students participate in this dynamic leadership organization.

The FBLA Mission states: “FBLA-PBL inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.”
