Bio

BACKGROUND

I was born and raised in Lyle, WA where I graduated in 2002.  I decided to go to Centralia College to pursue my AA degree and play baseball for my first couple years of college.  After Centralia I transferred to Eastern Washington University to receive my BAE degree to teach mathematics at the high school level.  I graduated from EWU in the fall of 2007.  I came back to live in the gorge where I was a substitute for the local schools in the spring of 2008.  White Salmon Valley School District offered me a teaching position at the high school and I started here in the fall of 2008.  I am now starting my ninth year of teaching here at Columbia and have had an amazing experience with all the students and staff in my first eight years of teaching.

COACHING

I love sports and am so thankful for the opportunities to coach the sports that I love.  This year It will be my second season as the CHS Boys' Basketball Coach.  I'm really excited to coach the boys' program here at CHS and can't wait to start the new season in November.
